In partnership with Fraser Yachts, promoted and administered international sealed bid auction of Superyacht Queen Anne, located Limassol, Cyprus, netting 13 qualified bidders. Effort resulted in vessel sale for US$ 8 figures. Delivered to new buyer.

Assumed management & custody of Superyacht Queen Anne, 46M LOA, Turkish Build, located in Limassol, Cyprus. Provided working crew (6), hull & liability insurance, survey & valuation.

In connection with contract award from US Marshals Service, assumed simultaneous custody of 15 pleasure yachts, located in 6 geographic locations, for maintenance & liquidation.

Utilized global contact network to trace the whereabouts of sailing yacht fraudulently transferred by debtor/owner. Located vessel in Auckland, New Zealand within 24 hours of dispatch.

Technical advisor/expert witness for mortgagee bank in connection with Bouchard Transportation Company bankruptcy/reorganization.

Advised Bouchard Transportation Company in connection with cold layup plan for 20 in New York Harbor. Coordinated effort with technical advisors and landlord to obtain US Coast Guard plan approval.

Deputized on behalf of US Marshal. Various Federal Districts. In connection with executing warrants of arrest upon various commercial ships during COVID-19 pandemic.

Court-appointed substitute custodian in 10 civil suits in 6 locations, in connection with the arrest of 19 Bouchard Transportation Company tugs & barges (A TBs). Several primary claimants include necessaries providers and mortgagee bank. Tracked trading vessels; executed arrest warrant while in transit. Provided watchmen services, negotiated cost efficient storage, liaised with US Coast Guard, relocated several barges.

Mortgagee bank contractor. Relating to a defaulted loan secured by vessel located in Phuket, Thailand. Vessel utilized for TV series 'Below Deck'. Mobilized to Phuket, met with marina personnel and negotiated with vessel captain. Identified practical plan for vessel outrunning seizure. Identified and hired Thailand-based counsel to advise mortgagee bank.

Designated custodian. Concerning a judgement levy obtained by an international aircraft services provider against the aircraft owner, located, surveilled, and coordinated with Broward County (Florida) Sherriff to take possession of a 14 passenger Gulfstream IV general aviation aircraft FAA registration N630E. Provided pilots to relocate to secure airfield/FBO, searched engine maintenance plan databases, implemented developed maintenance plan.

Government contractor. In connection with an underlying foreign asset seizure contract, assisted US Department of Justice (MLARS) in connection with obtaining custody and transiting MN Galactica Star, a 65-meter superyacht, while docked in Cancun, Mexico. Immediately mobilized crew to oversee vessel safety and relocation to United States. Arranged transit plan, met with Mexican authorities, negotiated with marina, arranged necessary services and interim classification survey and standby insurance. (TX SOUTHERN 4:17-02166.)

Government contractor. In connection with an underlying foreign asset seizure contract, assisted US Department of Justice (MLARS) planned custody of M/V Equanimity, a 91-meter superyacht, while offshore Bali, Indonesia. Vessel involved forfeiture action in with 1MDB Malaysian kleptocracy case. (Central District of California Case No.: 2:17- Cv-04441-DSF-PLA.) Immediately mobilized replacement crew of 18, developed storage, transit & sales plan (with teaming partner, Fraser Yachts), liaised with local port agent, obtained standby insurance, provided court affidavits and presentations.

Court-appointed substitute custodian. In connection with a salvage claim against an unidentified, shipwrecked & abandoned vessel. (Florida Southern 18-10036). Located runaway superyacht in obscure, European port of call on behalf of mortgagee bank.

In connection with a mortgage default, located and tracked commercial fishing vessel "AMERICAN ENTERPRISE" ultimately resulting to successful arrest in American Samoa. Court-appointed substitute custodian 18 yacht & ship assignments during 2017

In connection with a fleet mortgage default, coordinated surprise multiple-ship custody seizure.

Court-appointed substitute custodian. In connection mortgagee bank arrest (FL MIDDLE 3:17-cv-00840-TJC-JBT), acted as substitute custodian for "MV GEYSIR", a 1982 built, 90 meter, Cargo ship (Jones Act). 4+ month custody period, provided port risk insurance coverage despite oncoming Atlantic hurricane, replaced expired COFR, repatriated non­essential crew.

Court-appointed substitute custodian. In connection mortgagee bank arrest (FL SOUTHERN 17-80838), acted as substitute custodian for "MY NATITA", a 2005 built, 66-meter, Oceanco Yacht, located in Palm Beach, FL, USA. 5 month custody period requiring hire of 3 full-time engineers to stand watch, preparation for oncoming Category 4 hurricane, compile steps necessary to accomplish sea trial plan; difficult due to vessels lack of maintenance and loss of ABS classification.

Court-appointed substitute custodian. In connection with global failure of OW Bunkers, served as ship custodian on multiple ship arrests and attachments on behalf of OWs commercial lender, ING Bank and other claimants.

Court-appointed substitute custodian. In connection with a necessaries claim (Northern Mariana Islands 16-0027), acted as custodian for the vessel "LUTA", a 1981 built, 48 meter OSV (recent refit), located in Saipan, Northern Mariana Islands. 4 month custody period required release of onboard cargo, significant local press coverage, discussions with government authorities regarding vessel manning.

Court-appointed substitute custodian and sales agent. In connection with mortgage foreclosure (GA SOUTHERN 4:16-cv-00093-JRH-GRS) substitute custodian for vessel "New Lead Castellano", a 35,542 dwt cargo ship, 2013 build, Singapore registry, 21 crew at time of arrest, shift to anchorage twice, tended to 2 crew medical issues, arranged payment of pre-arrest & arrest period crew wages, arranged port risk & liability coverage, teamed with Compass Maritime to promote successful court sale, assisted with transition to new owners.
