National Liquidators/National Yacht
Sales is equipped to market and sell boats, yachts and commercial
vessels of all sizes. Our complete Service Department can bring
your collateral to prime condition, netting you a quick sale with
maximum proceeds.
National Liquidators employs a Sales Manager and a full-time staff
of licensed, knowledgeable yacht brokers. They are available seven
days a week to assist customers and clients alike. These experienced
professionals have sold everything from small runabouts to ships
totaling hundreds of feet in length. Since 1988 these brokers have
established and maintained relationships with buyers all over the
world, resulting in over 7,500 total sales.
Our national advertising and web pages (www.yachtauctions.com and
www.nationalyachtsales.com) generate in excess of 1,000,000 "hits"
per month. Over 300 retail buyers and boat dealers visit our facilities
each week. Our sales facilities are strategically located in the
yachting capitals of the world (Fort Lauderdale, Florida and Newport
Beach, California), allowing us to take advantage of a twelve-month
selling season. The two largest boat shows in the world occur within
25 miles of our Fort Lauderdale location. Our buyers come from all
over the United States, as well as exporters from every continent.
National Liquidators maintains an aggressive marketing budget that
includes trade show exposure as well as worldwide print and electronic
advertising.
National Liquidators is proud to run the largest boat auction
in the country. Boats are sold through a weekly sealed bid auction.
Dealers and retail buyers visit our web site (www.yachtauctions.com)
or our facilities and submit sealed bids on any available vessel.
Each bid form is control numbered and accounted for. Our custom
designed boat auction system separates weekly bids by lien holder/owner
and forwards the high bid for approval. Bids are transmitted after
every auction close (Monday at 4:00 PM). Bid history, traffic
logs, auction records and all other documents are retained for
future account reference. This record keeping allows lenders to
pursue legal proceedings on deficiency balances with complete confidence
and properly document a commercially reasonable sale. Larger vessels
will be placed on the BUC Yachtscan© Multiple Listing Network,
as well as the expanding yachtworld.com®. This increases
your market share to over 1,500 brokers worldwide. Full participation
with outside brokers is offered on these vessels. Once a vessel
is sold, our title and funding specialists will for-ward a closing
statement and bills of sale for execution by an authorized signer.
When these documents are returned, the proceeds check will be
forwarded via overnight mail. As a licensed Florida yacht brokerage,
National Liquidators maintains separate escrow accounts, which
are bonded and are subject to stringent state audits.
